NotifyLink is unable to synchronize after a wireless device software update

After applying a wireless device software update available from your carrier, NotifyLink automatic synchronization ceases and manual synchronization results in an error message indicating that the account cannot be synchronized.
Unable to synchronize account.
IllegalStateException: URL not created
The wireless update is causing a problem with the NotifyLink network connection database. The solution is to force NotifyLink to re-initialize the network connection type it is using by following the directions below.
