Recurring events in the GMT shadow may appear incorrect in OL connector

Zimbra:

When the time of a recurring event is changed on a device to now occur in the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) shadow, an extra instance may appear at the end of the series when viewed in Outlook connector.  In the Zimbra web client it appears correctly.

Also, the date of the recurring event might be incorrect. The time will be listed correctly, but the event will occur on the wrong day.

For time zones west of GMT (Prime Meridian or Longitude Zero), GMT shadow is defined as the hours of the day after GMT midnight - for example, after 7:00 p.m. EST.

What is GMT and why is it used?  http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/what-is-gmt.htm
