Zimbra users categorized as "Hide in Gal" are not available in user list

Zimbra: Users that have been added to the Zimbra server with "Hide in GAL" checked, will appear without information in the available users list when adding the user to the NotifyLink server. User entries made like this in Zimbra appear in NotifyLink's available user list with open/close parentheses () and no username or email address. Selecting such a user will add no information to the user creation screen. NOTE: The "available users" list appears when adding new users to the NotifyLink server. Choosing a name from the list pre-populates many of the fields on the NotifyLink entry screen, making user entry quicker and more convenient. | |
