Supported task statuses differ between web client and Outlook connector

Sun: Information: The web client and the Outlook Connector for Sun support different statuses for task. The Outlook Connector supports all 5 statuses (Not Started, In Progress, Deferred, Waiting on Someonse Else, and Completed) but depending on your version of Sun, the web client may only support 3 (Not Started, In Progress, and Completed). This is because the Outlook Connector synchronizes the status as a different property in the XML response and the web client does not allow for input of the other statuses. | |
