New address book does not appear until change with PIMPreCheck

Information: If you have PIM PreCheck enabled and create a new address book on the Scalix server, that address book will not appear under IT Policies -> Contact Sync Settings-> Choose Address Books until some contact change is processed by the server (i.e an add/change/delete to a contact in a folder that is selected for processing).
