Only last instance of recurring event is syncing to device

Oracle: Issue: If you create a recurring event on the server and synchronize it to the device, only the last instance appears. All other instances are missing. Solution: This is due to the configuration of the Oracle server. If you locate the file /ocas/conf/ocst.conf there is a setting called "recurrencelevelsupport" that should be set to 0. Once set to 0 recurring events sync as individual instances to the device. If it is set to 1, then only the last instance is synced to the device, unless you are using the Outlook Connector. | |
