Issue:
Email not syncing with (GO!)NotifyLink Enterprise Server version 4.10 Hotpatch 2 when connecting to Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.0.2.1.20180104.

Solution:
Upgrade to the Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.0.2.2.20180122 version

There was an IMAP issue discovered with the Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.0.2.1.20180104 version (Oracle Mail Server 8.0.2.0.20170922 version) that prevents email from syncing with the (GO!)NotifyLink Enterprise Server version 4.10 Hotpatch 2.
