User Authorization error in with Kerio when credentials are correct

If you are receiving a User Authentication error and you know the credentials are correct, here is something you will want to have the Kerio admin check. 

On Kerio Server got to Admin Console -> Kerio Firewall -> Traffic Policy.  Make sure our IP address isn't under the list of blocked IP addresses.  If it is, have them remove it and try connecting again.
