Problem: After BlackBerry 10 device loses network connectivity and the connectivity is subsequently restored, it may still be unable to communicate with the NotifyLink or NotifyMDM server. Though no errors may appear on the device, new information will not be delivered until the user corrects the server address. Cause: This is a known issue with BlackBerry 10 devices. When a device loses connectivity using an ActiveSync mail account, it attempts to perform an autodiscover of the mail server address to restore the connection. This process results in the device replacing the address of the NotifyLink or the NotifyMDM server with an address gleaned from the email domain. Solution: When this problem occurs, the user should edit the server address in the mail account settings so that it matches the correct NotifyLink or NotifyMDM server address.
