NotifyMDM devices are unable to send email with attachments through NotifyMDM email account Behavior
Solution Enable these iOS Devices Application Policy setting (From the Organization Management view, navigate to Policy Management > Policy Suite > iOS Devices > Applications):
After the policy change is passed down to the device, the user should be able to attach items to the NotifyMDM email account from other applications using Email or Share option. Note: This would only affect NotifyMDM users running iOS version 7 and above. Users with older iOS versions would not be affected. | |
