The following issues have been observed for the BlackBerry Z10 and Q10.

When used with NotifyLink or NotifyMDM systems:

• The device does not support Inactivity Time Out when interfacing with an Exchange 2003 server.
• The device supports Inactivity Time Out when interfacing with an Exchange 2007 server, but ignores the timeout value defined on the server and uses 30 minutes as the default.
• The device does not support the remote security commands, Lock Device and Wipe SD Card.
• The device does not allow a Simple Password, even when the governing server policy allows it.

When used with NotifyMDM systems:

• A client certificate downloaded over-the-air, cannot be opened and installed.
  However, the certificate can be opened and installed when it has been imported using a USB cable or Wi-Fi.
