For organizations that have implemented a NotifyMDM server, there are a few steps to take in preparation for migrating existing NotifySync users to the server.  These steps will allow users to migrate to the new server without having to re-register their NotifySync account.

Step 1:  Verify with your Notify Technology Corporation Technical Support or Sales Staff member that your NotifySync license has been updated to authenticate the address of the NotifyMDM server.

Step 2:  Instruct users to upgrade their NotifySync for BlackBerry application software to version 4.10.4 (or greater).

Step 3:  Provide users with the address of the NotifyMDM server and instructed them to enter this in the Server Address field of the NotifySync Account Settings on their device.
