NotifyMDM for iOS as a Enterprise Application is not syncing regularly

Issue: Solution: 1. Verify that the NotifyMDM enterprise app is running.
2. Verify that NotifyMDM is permitted to use the Location Service on your device. When the NotifyMDM enterprise application is not running. Please note that when the device does not sync on its regular schedule, it does not affect device security. When using the Apple Push Notification Service Certificate, any changes made for a user sync to the phone regardless of the device App sync. Also, all of the profiles loaded on the device will continue to enforce the required settings. However, while the device app is not syncing, it will not send the following to the NotifyMDM server (viewable in Smart Devices and Users):
3. Verify that NotifyMDM is permitted to run in the background if using an iOS 7 or higher device. Select the device Settings and go into General and tap Background App Refresh. Ensure this is set to "ON" for NotifyMDM. | |
