Some mail servers may only send character encoding information for HTML messages in the MIME

Some mail servers only include the character set encoding information for an email message in the MIME portion and not in the HTML itself.  Because GO!NotifyLink does not send the MIME portion to the device, an HTML message sent from this type of server using any character set other than UTF-8 results in special characters rendering improperly on the device.
