Unable to remove original recipients when replying to an email

When the GO!NotifyLink Notification Format Rule for including a List of Recipients in emails synchronized to the device is disabled, the user has no way of editing original recipients when composing a reply/reply all message.

Therefore, even when the To: field has been edited, the reply will go to the originator of the message, as well as the newly entered email address.

In the case of reply all messages, when the To: field has been edited, the reply will go to the originator of the message, all other original recipients, and the newly entered email address.

To change this functionality, enable the List of Recipients for the user.  This will display all recipients (excluding those Bcc’d) on the device and allow the user to control who receives the reply, including the originator of the email.  From the NotifyLink Administrative Web, edit the Notification Format rule for the user by checking the box beside the List of Recipients option.

Note that header information is truncated at 30,000 characters.  When an email has a large number of recipients, this can result in the List of Recipients being truncated to between 1000 and 1500 addresses.  In this instance, truncated recipients will not be included in the reply/reply all.
