Using a Super User Account in the format of Domain\Username

Problem:
When using a Super User username in the format of Domain\Username, email authentication is failing.

Solution:
Enter the Super User username with a double slash. The double slash is required to avoid issues with escaped characters.

From the NotifyLink Enterprise Server admin console:
  -Select Server Administration -> Mail Servers
  -Select a mail server and click Edit Mail Server
  -Enter the username in the format, domain\\username
