Windows Phone 7 must be reregistered if CGP contact server is changed

This issue affects Windows Phone 7 users interfacing with a CommuniGate Pro (CGP) collaboration suite.  If the selected contact server for the user is changed on the NotifyLink Enterprise Server, the device must be reregistered.

Until the device is reregistered, it will receive error message 85030020:  "We're having a problem syncing your your information.  Try again later."
