Android devices are not able to reply to email from users internal to their company

Problem:
When using an Android device with TouchDown version 6.1, you may be unable to reply to email messages from users internal to your company. When using a previous version of the TouchDown client this was not an issue, but after upgrading to version 6.1, the body of the reply is being removed and replaced with a message from the spam filter.

Solution:
One of the default settings changed within the TouchDown client beginning in version 6.1.  Within the TouchDown client, go to Settings -> Advanced and enable the setting "Disable SmartReplies and SmartForwards."  This should resolve the problem.  This is likely a result of setting the spam filter to block messages that have the Content-Transfer-Encoding header set to base64.
