GO!NotifyLink Administrative/Client Web Console Lock Out

Issue:

After too many unsuccessful attempts to log into the GO!NotifyLink Administrative Web Console or the Client Web Console, the login credential dialog box will gray out and prevent you from making further attempts.

Solution:

Clear the cache on your web browser.
Close the browser and re-open it.  You should now be permitted to try again.

If you do not recall your login credentials for the Client Web Console, you can request that your password be emailed to you by clicking "Did you forget your password?" on the the dialog box.
