I can no longer input my authentication password after completing the OS update provided by the carrier for a Storm 2 device. When I attempt to type it in, the device says "field is full."
There are two possible solutions to this problem.
First, you could change your authentication password. Only certain passwords are affected by this because the "field is full" error seems to be a result of the word completion function on the device.
The second solution would be to go into Options -> Language and Text Input -> Show Text Input Options and then uncheck the "Predictive" option. This solution should allow you to continue to use your current authentication password.
