If your account has recently been migrated to a new hosted system you will need to complete a few steps to update your device with the new GO!NotifyLink server address. These steps must be completed in order for your device to begin synchronizing once again. If this change is not completed, your device will display an error pertaining to a failed connection to the hosted system.
Please see the instructions below for your specific device type. If the instructions require you to manually update the server address, please use the addresses listed in the table below:

GO!NotifyLink Client Devices:
Blackberry:
-Select the GO!NotifyLink icon
-From the Inbox of your account select "Preferences" from the menu
-Select "Account Settings" from the preferences sub-menu
-Select "Synchronize Account Settings." This will automatically correct the device's server address to match the new system to which you were moved.
Palm OS:
-Select the GO!NotifyLink icon
-From the device Inbox, bring up the menu by either hitting the Palm menu button or tapping the "GO!NotifyLink" tab in the top left corner.
-Go to Options>Preferences
-Select "Account" from the preferences screen
-Bring up the sub-menu once again by either the menu button or by tapping the "Preferences" heading
-Navigate to "Options" and select "Refresh Account Info." This will automatically correct the device's server address to match the new system to which you were moved.
Symbian OS:
-Select Installations (Apps) and then the GO!NotifyLink icon
-From the main GO!NotifyLink screen select Options>Settings>Account Settings
-Select the Options button from the lower left-hand corner and select "Synchronize Account." This will automatically correct the device's server address to match the new system to which you were moved.
Windows Mobile (NotifyLink Client):
-Select Start>Programs>NotifyLink Preferences
-Hit the menu button in the lower right-hand corner
-Select "Synchronize Account Settings" from the menu. This will automatically correct the device's server address to match the new system to which you were moved.
ActiveSync Devices
Android with TouchDown:
-Select the TouchDown icon from the device’s main menu
-Select the Settings (gear) icon and then choose the “Connection” tab
-Manually update the “Server Name” field by entering the new server address from the above table.
iPhone:
-Select "Settings" from the home screen of the phone.
-Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendar"
-Select the account being synchronized from GO!NotifyLink
-Choose "Account info"
-Manually change the "Server" field to: hostedX.notifylink.com, where X is the new server number provided in the table above.
-Hit the "Return" key on the keyboard to save your change. You can then navigate back to the home screen of the phone.
Palm webOS:
-Select the Email icon from the device’s home screen.
-Tap the menu and select “Preferences & Accounts.”
-Tap the “Mail Type” box and select “Exchange (EAS).”
-Select the “Incoming Mail Server” field and manually update it to: hostedX.notifylink.com, where X is the new server number provided in the table above. Preface the address with either http:// or https:// (if using SSL).
Windows Mobile:
-Select Start>Programs>ActiveSync
-Select the menu button in the lower-right corner and choose “Options”
-From the Options screen, select the "Settings..." button
-Manually update the server address field to: hostedX.notifylink.com, where X is the new server number provided in the table above.
