Address books selected to synchronize don't populate TouchDown Contacts unless you refresh

When you select a different or additional address books to synchronize to the device you must issue a "Refresh All" from the TouchDown Contacts application menu. Otherwise, contacts from the newly selected address book(s) will not populate the Contact list. 1. Open TouchDown and tap the Contacts icon. 2. Press the Menu key and select the Refresh All option. | |
