NotifyLink Patch Installer:

Problem: When running the NLES patch installer, the following error is returned:

Cannot read NLES values from Registry.
NLES not installed on this system.
Press any key to exit...

Solution:

1. Check the registry to see if the "InstallDir" is missing.

2. This registry value is located in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Notify Technology Corporation

3. If InstallDir is not listed then it needs to be manually added by doing the following:

A) Right clicking on the Notify Technology in the registry and add new String Value.
B) Give it the name "InstallDir"
C) Value Data: "C: \Program Files\Notifylink" without the quotes

4. Once this is done, run the patch installer once more.
