NotifySync Device Client:

1.) DataViz's Documents To Go® application launches in the background, when opening Microsoft Office documents directly from NotifyLink or NotifySync.  This is a limitation of the DataViz software.

Workaround:  Use the application switcher (ALT + BACK) to move the Docs To Go application to the foreground.


2.) Documents To Go Standard Edition is included with BlackBerry Device Software v4.5 and later.  PDF To Go®, however, is not part of the Standard Edition.  To view .pdf files using Documents To Go, users must purchase the Premium Edition, which includes the PDF To Go component or another PDF viewing application such as RepligoTM Reader.
