Best Practices for sending a NotifyMDM Android app crash report

If there is an instance where a NotifyMDM Android app experiences a crash, it is very helpful to Technical Support Staff if you send a crash report from the device. This will send important information that can help us identify and resolve possible problems with the app. When the crash occurs, a pop-up window will appear.  Select "Report" from the prompt.

When you choose the Report option, you will have the opportunity to add information. Please include the following information in the Comments or Feedback area to help identify and effectively process the report.

  • Your full name
  • A Technical Support ticket number (if you have one regarding this crash report)
